Please read this disclaimer carefully before booking a cabana rental package with Island Time Cabanas. By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Rental Equipment Responsibility: Island Time Cabanas provides a range of high-quality rental equipment for your enjoyment during your beach visit. This includes, but is not limited to, cabanas, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, and any other accompanying items deemed necessary for a comfortable beach experience.
2. Care and Usage: We expect our customers to exercise reasonable care and responsibility when using our rental equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that all equipment is used in a safe and appropriate manner, complying with any provided guidelines or instructions. Any misuse, neglect, or intentional damage to the equipment will result in additional charges.
3. Fees for Missing or Damaged Equipment: In the event that rented equipment is missing, damaged, or not returned at the end of the rental period, Island Time Cabanas reserves the right to charge the customer for the repair, replacement, or retrieval costs associated with the missing or damaged equipment. Such charges will be determined at our discretion and may include the original purchase price, repair costs, or a reasonable replacement fee.
4. Inspection and Reporting: Prior to the use of any equipment, we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect the items provided. If you notice any pre-existing damage or defects, please inform our staff immediately. Failure to report any damage or defects before usage may result in assuming responsibility for any resulting damage.
5. Waiver of Liability: By engaging in our cabana rental services, you agree to release Island Time Cabanas, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss resulting from the use of our rental equipment.
6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Island Time Cabanas, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our rental equipment.
7. Reservation Modification or Cancellation: Please refer to our reservation modification and cancellation policies below for information regarding changes or cancellations to your booking.

By proceeding with the reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated in this disclaimer. Island Time Cabanas reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer as needed without prior notice.

Reservation Modification/Cancellation Policy:

To modify your reservation for a cabana rental package with Island Time Cabanas, please contacts directly via email at islandtimecabanarentals@gmail.com. We are happy to assist you with any changes you wish to make, including adjusting the rental date, duration, or adding additional equipment to your reservation. Please note that reservation modifications cannot be made online and must be handled through our customer service team via email.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel your cabana rental reservation, we kindly request that you notify us no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental period. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable cancellation fees as outlined below.

Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice: If you cancel your reservation with 24 hours or more notice before the scheduled rental period, you will be eligible for a full refund of your reservation amount, minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental period will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. The remaining balance of your reservation amount, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to you.

Please note that any refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the reservation. It may take up to 10 days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account.
